Is every calendar really different?
Yes. Each copy is generated with its recipient's name in all 12 photos and on the cover. Hundreds or thousands are produced at once, with no layout cost per unit. The same effort for 50 as for 1,000.
What about very long names?
We accept up to about 35 characters, for a person or a company. Long names wrap automatically onto two lines, and in the proof we always check the longest one on your list.
What about accents, special characters or the & symbol?
We choose effects that support them and verify it with the real names on your list before printing.
Can I use my own photos? What quality do they need?
Yes, with the bespoke option. Ideally the original file from the camera or phone, at least about 3,000 pixels wide. Photos downloaded from social media or received via WhatsApp are usually too small to print.
Do I see a proof before printing?
Always. You receive a PDF generated with real names from your list, including the shortest and the longest, and you review it month by month before we produce.
Can I add names at the last minute?
Yes. Either we do a later batch, or we include a few spare calendars without a name in the order.
What is the minimum order and the lead time?
From 50 units. The maximum lead time is 15 working days plus shipping (2-3 days), counted from proof approval and payment. For Christmas, the sooner we sign off the proof, the better.
Can I include two texts, for example name and city?
Technically it's possible, as is a different text each month. Tell us in the form and we'll include it in the quote.
Do you make other products with the name inside the image?
With the same technology we can produce Christmas cards, postcards, posters and personalized images for email campaigns. Just ask.
What is a personalized calendar with names?
It is a desk calendar in which each recipient's name appears written inside all 12 photographs and on the cover, integrated into the scene (sand, snow, neon…). You send a list of names and a different version of the calendar is produced for each one, with your company's logo and details. It is mainly used as a corporate gift for clients, employees and partners.
Is it the same as a name-day or saints' calendar?
No. A saints' calendar tells you which saint is celebrated each day. Here the person's name is written in the photos: each recipient sees their own name for 12 months. It is a personalized corporate gift, not a name-day calendar.
